pain in the butt to assemble, and I am pretty mechanically inclined. Has vibration for soothing the baby, but it makes a really loud noise when it's turned on so I don't like to use that feature. I'm also not a fan of the side latch, it is hard to snap down, and I'm terrified I might pinch the baby. However, I love having the options of different speeds, and the music and nature sounds are nice and calming.

We bought this swing in a different pattern, but exact same swing. It's a lifesaver! My son can sit in it for hours!!! It has 6 different speeds which is really nice. & like 3 or 4 recline positions. In the morning he swings slow & reclined, but in the evenings he sits straight up & swings fast. It's fantastic! The only part I don't like is that it takes a good tug to lift up the table part to get him in & out. I feel like I'm going to whack him in the head sometimes, but it has never happened. LOL! The mobile on the top I thought was going to be useless, but I was wrong.. he LOVES that thing! Go figure! :)~ It moves with the movement of the swing. Pretty cool. Overall I like the swing alot - it's not too large, they colors are nice for a boy or a girl & it seems like it will be entertaining for the baby. The assembly was a little frustrating, the directions very unclear & it took alot of trial & error before I got it together. I was also disappointed that the Move 'N Mix toys did not come with it - they don't come with the highchair or the stroller either, and aren't available at most of the stores I've been too - so I don't know why they even have the insertion areas.

I purchased this swing as a gift for my sister's baby shower. After assembling the swing, I come to find out the motor/battery piece does NOT work. You had to push the knob down continuously for the swing to work and the sounds did not sound like animals or music - more like static on the tv. Graco customer service is IMPOSSIBLE to reach by phone or email. Had to pay a big price for the swing and an extra more price additional for parts that didnt work to begin with. BEWARE.

My baby isn't here yet so I'll update this when we find out if he likes the swing but here are some things about it... It's super cute. I love the pattern! The good thing is that the swing holds a baby up to 30 lbs so if you can get your baby to use it that long, it's worth the money. The different speeds are great but the music is a little funky. Probably not something you would want to listen to for more than 15 minutes. Here are the bad things: it is a pain in the rear to put together, the mobile doesn't turn on it's own but turns when you have the swing on, the stars on the mobile don't face down so the baby can look at them and, finally, (my biggest complaint) on the tray, there are 2 inserts for these cheap toys that go with it. The toys have to be purchased seperately and are hard to find. Really if you spend a big price on a baby swing, you should at least get the small price toys that come with it. Other than that, good swing. Hope this was helpful.

This swing is very nice! We love it and our son is just starting to use it at 6 weeks. But ours doesn't have a vibration option on it. He likes vibrations in his bouncer and thought that is something we should have gotten on the swing. (Would have not known that though until he was born.) But after having him, we would really recommend swings that go both ways. He loves being rocked sideways and therefore is just starting to stay in his swing. Also the idea of plug in swings....really gets me thinking....batteries are expensive!!

1st of all, this swing was never available in stores & was out of stock every time we went to order it. After months of trying to get this pattern for our son's nursery, it finally became available online only. So then we had to pay over $$ to have it shipped to our house. We would NOT recommend this swing to anyone. The motor stopped working after only 1 mth of use & would drain new durasell batteries with in a couple days. The motor is extremely loud when it did work, doesn't work on all speeds and barely swings. We called Graco & they sent us a new non matching arm with new motor because they have had a ton of problems with this (original matching arm on backorder!). We are still waiting for the new matching arm for this swing & it has been a couple of mths now. This is very frustrating for any new parents & espcially with the money spent on the swing and cost to have it shipped to us in the 1st place. Would not recommend, save yourself the hassle and get something else. You'll be glad you did.

we got this swing cause we got the whole set and we loved the pattern it was hard to put together but worth it my son loves it the souns r so real and he loves the womb sound and the water ones he falls fast asleep love the reclining feature and the weight limit had an older kid here and he sat in it and it was still swinging and he was 6 not that i would use it that long but was kinda funny that it still worked would of like if the mobile actually moved on low speeds or at all it works at times but usually only at speeds 5 and 6 which is to fast for a baby but other wise love it and would recamend it saw other reviews but had none of those problems at all worked as soon as it was put together and still does my child loves it

We got this swing on our registry, put it all together, and it would not turn on. I read the other reviews after the fact, and unfortunately we could not get a hold of Graco via phone or email because their server was down. We had to just return it to Target and go with another swing.
